Create a list of at least 5 things that make you happy. Sonja Lyubomirsky, auther of The How of Happiness: A Scientific Approach to Getting the Life You Want says personal happiness has more to do with how you spend your time and what you think about and less to do with your external circumstances. You should create a list of life events that make you feel good, smiling at strangers, walking with friends, etc. You should do at least one of these everyday.
Hello everyone so whats the best way to be successful? I would say tell people about what you are trying to do. Why do I think this works? Well i know for myself when i tell people about things i have to do them because Im afraid to look like a failure.
With that being said Im putting it out there, Im getting in shape for 2012. Last night was the kick off. I started my work out routine from Redbooks current issue. Im doing what i can from this point to stay fit. I took a picture of myself and it says a thousand words. When i look at that photo the first thing that comes to mind is how did I let it get this far
This year Im doing something about it. So my measurements are
waist 36 in, hips 43in, & chest 39 in
To start off on a clean slate this morning for breakfast I had a 16oz strawberry raspberry banana smoothie and had a package of peanuts for added protein.
Im doing this to share my journey and maybe help someone while helping myself
